7 Laws Of Kingdom Citizenship

The following list describes the laws that govern the citizens of God’s Kingdom in the early church.

1.Maintains Accountability
2.Manage your Stewardship            faithfully
3.Keep the Fellowship                      strong and unified
4.Continue Assembling                    regularly at church
5.Fulfill the Great C                           Commission by winning                souls
6.Develop a relationship                  with God through Prayer
7.Use the Gifts of the Spirit              for service in the kingdom

A Committed Member is one who:
  • walks in agreement with our church philosophy and doctrine
  • shows their support through faithful giving
  • faithfully attends the assembly, the fellowship and the leadership discipleship classes
  • maintains accountability and relationships with junior and senior ministers
  • speaks blessings and not curses on our church
  • replaces criticism for confrontation
  • confronts members or leaders that have caused offense or committed sin
  • has overcome the fear of man
  • knows how to biblically       (Eph. 4:26-27; Immediate confrontation and conflict resolution) deal with problems rather than harbor ill feelings or pass gossip or slander
Church Membership
Acts 2:42-47
And they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.   And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done by the apostles.   And all that believed were together, and had all things common; And sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need.  And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart, Praising God, and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.

This passage of scripture gives us insight into the practices of the early church.  We are able to identify some things that not only caused them to walk in victory but were able to catapult and unstoppable movement that began a momentum which mushroomed all over the world for over 2000 years.

“Every member within the human body is interdependent to each other…”

Every member within the human body is interdependent to each other and vital to the existence of the whole.  So it is with the every member in the body of Christ.

1 Cor 12:12 – For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.  Romans 12:5 – So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.

We are excited that you want to learn all there is to becoming a faithful disciple and citizen in the kingdom of God.  We are confident that your addition to this church family will be a strategic part of your journey toward the abundant life God has promised.

We Are The Church!

Here at Spirit Life Church, we believe that church membership has been grossly misunderstood.  There is more meaning to becoming a member of a local church than simply agreeing to a set of doctrines, getting baptized, voting at church meetings, and having your name listed in a church directory..

The truth is, only Jesus can qualify you or should we say call you out of the world and into His church which is the “Body of Christ”.  The Early church was vibrant and powerful.  The book of acts records seven key principles that were evident in the lives of the first century believers.  Let’s begin by looking at:
